Went to Twisted Root for the first time tonight. Bartender was friendly and gave good service. Waitress, Francie, was amazing! Food was great! Possibly the best prime rib I have ever had. Prices are a value for the quality and portions.
Had a couple poor experiences here. Wait staff incorrectly told orders or forgot to bring out a salad. When I asked to clarify something on the answer the waitress only repeated what the menu said. On the plus side, it was a beautiful restaurant .
A friend we were with ordered fish and the portion size was small with 3 fairly small fish. For gluten free options on the menu I found steak, shrimp, and steak and shrimp. Decided on a burger with no bun tonight. It was a nice, tasty burger but overall our experience was not what we hoped.
Love this place! Never had a bad meal here. It is worth the 15 minute drive. Thanks Twisted!
Good food, young man who served us had poor skills. Forgot my daughter's soup, skidded the bill across the table, was always apologizing for his poor service. Needs better training.
Service at the bar and table was outstanding! Love it there! Great food! Hubby had brisket sandwich and I had sauteed shrimp.
