DQ had just gotten a new BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger $5 Box Lunch. So I went to the drive thru to order that, but the old lady said, "We have the Western Burger." I also asked for a Candy Cane Blizzard and she said, "We don't have that." Clearly not up to date with the new products because when you go to the website, there they are. She needs to go.
Gave me a chocolate cone that tasted freezer burnt and disgusting. When I informed the older lady, she told me that she didn’t believe me. Ended up throwing the cone away. Later she came up to us and told me I was right but still didn’t offer an apology or replacement.
Service derails what I once loved about Dairy Queen. Whenever my family suggests something sweet like Dairy Queen, we quickly dismiss it due to the waiting time that it takes in the drive-thru. The soft serve I had the few times I've gone there was good, but I had a better DQ where I used to live. Things often need to be repeated when ordered.
It was excellent the food was served hot and fresh. The sundaes had the right amount of sryup. The bathroom was clean. Very nice
Pretty good. Food could of been better and warmer. Blizzard was great.
Extremely slow service. Rude and distracted staff. Always stale ice cream cones.
