Falls Glass installed a new beautiful entry door and storm door at my home. From the first step of having their extremely knowledgeable salesman out to our home to the last of our final installation was phenomenal!!! They were very up front about the expected time it would take from start to finish and it was well worth the wait. We werent looking for some "big box store" variety. They carry a far superior brand and each door was made to order and exactly what we wanted! I've certainly continued doing business with this company, I just ordered new glass for a tabletop from them and was able to pick it up in only a week! If no stars were an option, I'd give them zero. They did the initial installation of our business doors. Every time we have to call for service, it takes FOREVER to get someone out to our location. Horrible service response time. Our issue was an evacuation hazard, not even an inconvenience problem.
