Quick and friendly service with low price to fix a sew machine. Kind higher prices for accessories but it is affordable. Great open hours to accommodate early birds and afternoon customers. Store hours are Monday 9:30 am – 3:00 pm, Tuesday-Friday 9:30 am – 5:30 pm, and Saturday 9:30 am – 1:00 pm. Easy to find location at the city main street with large business sign and parking for customers.
Friendly, local customer service. They were wonderful in giving me a fair estimate for repair of my sewing machine and when I decided to replace it, they gave me a fair trade value and great price on a new Janome sewing machine. Highly recommend them for sewing machine needs.
