Bought a Apple Watch series 3 with cellular that wouldn’t work without my phone. Came to realize it had no SIM for some odd reason and att manager wasn’t helpful what’s so ever and came off as a know it all. Good to know I’ll be with a watch for a month that doesn’t have cellular that I PAID for
Was told by the sales associate that if we signed up for the current promotion, we would be receiving a free Samsung VR headset. It wasn't until after we had signed everything, made our payment, and set up our phones, that she told us that the headset was no longer available. We were told that she would make it right, but here we are almost 4 months later, and still no compensation. The service and price really are not worth staying with AT&T without this extra bonus. Save your money and go elsewhere, or at least be aware of their bait and switch sales tactics.
Bought in a new unlocked iPhone to replace an older iPhone. Asked the AT&T representative (@Sheboygan Falls) to switch the sim card over to the new card and get it to work. Rep could not make the new phone work with AT&T and after fiddling around indicated it was a problem with the phone. Brought the phone home and within a few minutes Googled the solution to the problem - which was to activate/register the new phone with AT&T. I did that via the AT&T chat app with another representative online (who was very helpful). Sheboygan Fall's service = Fail.
